Principles for a Successful Life
Donna Ann’s experience and education in Life, Relationship and Sexuality issues that a great deal of individuals face daily has allowed her to help many lead fulfilled and satisfying lives. She also creates an awareness to bring an understanding for those she coaches to grasp Her Main Principles for life to know “Who You Are, Who You Aren’t and Who You Need To Be.”
It's important to know that a Life Coach can help you tap into your full potential to define and achieve your goals in an effort to identify who you want to and should attain to be and how to get there. I start with identifying these steps.
WHO YOU ARE?
Do you really know who you are? Are you living a facade? Do you have a lot of positive ways about you? You’re kind, compassionate, loving, helpful and generous? People are always say great things about you? You go out of your way to help others? It’s in your nature to always go above and beyond? But there’s some negative traits about you that must be changed? You may be cold to others at times? Jealous? Envious? Rude? You gossip? Talk about others? Confrontational and sometimes people don’t want you around? You may have many more positive characteristics; however there are some things that you may not be aware that need to changed and for a great many, there are those that know they have things that need changing but they may not know where to start or not want to change at all – which gets you into “Who You Aren’t.”
WHO YOU AREN'T?
So who aren’t you? You’re may not be sure at times or at all? It’s important to take a close look in the mirror to know that it’s not about the positive side of who you are as that’s a trait individuals should have. No, it’s about clearing out the negative energy to make certain you’re taking every opportunity to train your mind to be stronger, more resilient, and more equipped to be able to deal with things life throws at you. It’s about learning how to let your positive power to surge which gets you to “Who You Need To Be.”
WHO YOU NEED TO BE?
So who is that? How do you get there? By understanding that a positive, balance life is a healthy life. You will always run into unfortunate situations in life that are outside of your control and you can choose to feel sad, annoyed, angry or stressed about the situation or turn it around and focus on the positive side of “Who You Are” or choose to be stuck in a bad situation and not focus on “Who You Aren’t.” I suggest that you let go, move on and start anew into “Who You Need To Be.”
Learn from a failure or a bad experience and never repeat the same mistake. Every setback and bad situation in life teaches you something. Growth doesn't happen in comfort but in learning to be resilient, learning to be a better you in an effort to live a gratified life in which you will be living your best life!
Overall, keep in mind, my principles of “Who You Are, Who You Aren’t and Who You Need To Be” will help you welcome more joy, positivity, and happiness into your life. So just take every waking hour as it comes and do what you’re supposed to do and complete what you're supposed to complete. Stop over analyzing or trying to predict and plan things too far. The only constant in life is change and ultimately it should be in to into a better you!
